Do you ever wonder why Sparks don't play in your area? Often the answer is simply that the band's agent has not been able to find a promoter or venue who wants to book them...so even though we may know that there are loads of fans in Oslo, Atlanta or Toronto without a promoter it is very hard to arrange a gig.
Well we have found a new website that may provide the solution
www.owngig.com
At www.owngig.com fans can create their own shows. All you need to do now is register and tell them how much you would be willing to pay to see Sparks and how far you would be willing to travel for a show. When sufficient demand is achieved owngig.com will contact Sparks with a view to arranging a gig, either as part of a tour or as a one-off event.
Check it out. It might just be the answer!

Keep getting error message "An unexpected application exception has occurred" when trying to register. Anyone else got the same problem?
Sparks is currently no. 11 on the most wanted list !! |
